VOXXHirschmann Corporation maintains a quality management system for many of its consumer and automotive electronics products. The Orlando, FL location has held an ISO/TS 16949 certificate of registration since 2011.
The Orlando, FL location has maintained an environmental management system with an ISO 14001 certificate of registration since 2014. The environmental activities include recycling and meeting regulatory requirements.Quality Policy

MANUFACTURER'S CODE OF CONDUCT
VOXX Electronic Corp. ("VOXX") is a global supplier and distributor of consumer electronic products. As an industry leader, Voxx has a responsibility to maintain the highest levels of quality and professionalism. The company is committed to doing business in an ethical and responsible manner and in compliance with all applicable laws where it does business. Voxx expects its manufacturing and supply partners to abide by the same set of values and beliefs. We require all manufacturers and suppliers to meet the following standards:
Manufacturers will not under any circumstances use child labor. The term "child" refers to a person younger than 15 years old (or 14 where local law allows) or, if higher, the local legal minimum age for employment or the age for completing compulsory education.
Manufacturers will not use any forced or involuntary labor whether prison, bonded, indentured, or otherwise.
Coercion and Harassment
Manufacturers will treat each employee with dignity and respect. They will not use corporal punishment, threats of violence, or other forms of physical, sexual, psychological abuse, or verbal abuse
Manufacturers will not discriminate in hiring and employment practices including salary, benefits, advancement, discipline, termination, retirement, or by race, religion, age, nationality, social, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender, political opinion, or disability.
Health and Safety
Manufacturers provide employees with a safe and healthy workplace in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations ensuring at a minimum reasonable, adequate lighting, and appropriate ventilation. Manufacturers guarantee the same standards of health and safety applied in any housing that they provide for employees.
Manufacturers will, at a minimum, comply with all applicable wage and hour laws and regulations, including those relating to minimum wages, overtime, maximum hours, piece rates, and other elements of compensation, and provide legally mandated benefits.
Manufacturers will not use subcontractors for the manufacture of Voxx products or components thereof without Voxx's express written consent and only after the subcontractor has entered into a written commitment with Voxx to comply with this Code of Conduct.
Protection of Environment
Manufacturers will comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
Manufacturers will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the sourcing and use of Conflict Minerals in the manufacturing process.
Monitoring & Compliance
Manufacturers will authorize and its designated agents (including third parties) to engage in monitoring activities to confirm compliance with this Code of Conduct, including unannounced, on-site inspections of manufacturing facilities and employer-provided housing, review of books and records relating to employment matters, and private interviews with employees. Manufacturers will maintain on site all documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance with this Code of Conduct.
