Voxx International encompasses nearly 2,100 employees worldwide,
operating with 6 major subsidiaries and the Corporate Shared
Services group that serves many of the operational needs of our
domestic companies. The Company's Hauppauge office that houses

Voxx global headquarters are based in the Company's VOXXHirschmann facility in Orlando, Florida where executive offices for the president and chairman are located.
VOXX/Hirschmann Corporation-Orlando, Florida combines the company's Original Equipment Automotive Groups (OEM) into a single entity and includes, Hirschmann Car Communications®, Audiovox IncaarTM, Code Alarm® OE in Detroit and our Invision® team in Florida. In addition to the OE component of our business, the 12 Volt aftermarket automotive business, VOXX Electronics Corporation, is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of VOXX/Hirschmann.

Since acquiring Hirschmann the company has received substantial new contracts and continues to solidify its position as a leading supplier of rear-seat infotainment systems, ultra-remote start systems, vehicle telematics, BT passive entry/exit, digital receivers/tuners, mobile multi-media tuners, and antennas. In addition to the core OEM product offerings, VOXX/Hirschmann is also developing biometric security solutions for the Automotive industry, leveraging the technology and intellectual property of EyeLock, LLC, and its most recent acquisition.
VOXX/Hirschmann employs over 250 engineers and product developers in operations worldwide and have just opened a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Orlando. The new building makes a bold statement of the parent company's commitment to its OEM and 12 Volt aftermarket groups with an imposing 42- foot entrance way to the 115,000 square foot facility.
It houses all operations including, re-manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management & quality and engineering plus self-contained HR and IT resources. Among the manufacturing processes done at the new building are: welding, foam formation, laminating and sewing along with the electronic assembly of the company's products.

Hirschmann Car Communication is a recognized
tier-1 supplier of communications and infotainment solutions,
primarily to the automotive industry, and counts among its global
customers, Audi, BMW, DAF, Daimler, PSA, Renault, and Volkswagen
Group, among others.
Delivers technologically advanced automotive antenna systems and automotive digital TV tuner systems and are recognized throughout the industry for commitments to innovation, having developed the world's first analog to digital tuner, and the first digital TV tuner for the Chinese market. Hirschmann Car Communication holds more than 65 registered patents and has more than 100 patent filings which are currently pending.
Business is primarily with the automotive OEMs, however, additionally produce products for non-automotive and aftermarket customers. The Company offers a comprehensive portfolio of active and passive antenna systems for light vehicles and commercial vehicles. Audiovox Germany markets the well-known international brands
Magnat, Mac Audio and Heco and enjoys number two market share in
car audio and car video under the Magnat and Mac Audio brands. They
also sell some of Audiovox's core domestic brands such as Advent,
Acoustic Research and Jensen for mobile and consumer electronics.
Audiovox Germany manages the acquisitions of Oehlbach & Schwaiger for accessory products as well as Incaar for OE electronics products for the vehicle manufacturing industry.

VOXX HK Ltd - ROW (Rest Of World)
VOXX International also sells products in the Pacific Rim through
VOXX HK Ltd. Sales to China, Korea, India, Australia, the Middle
East and numerous other countries defined as "Rest Of [the] World"
(ROW). Products sold by the group include those developed by
engineering teams in the US or Europe, as well as some custom
market driven products to offer solutions to fit the specific needs
of a regional customer.
Among the customers of the ROW team are Broadway, Fortress in Hong Kong, Taobao.com, 360.com in China, Target in Australia, and a variety of local dealers in The Philippines.
VOXX International Supply Chain- Hong Kong and Shenzhen Operations
The company maintains Supply Chain facilities in both Hong Kong and
Shenzhen to support the various VOXX International subsidiaries.
They are the Asia based "eyes and ears" of the Company's US and
Europe teams. They focus on spotting the latest technology trends
in Asia, finding the best factories, and securing the right quality
for our products. Over 50 employees operate out of the two offices
to insure maximum support and coverage.
Our Sourcing, Engineering and Quality Control teams are constantly visiting factories in various countries in Asia (China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Korea...) to secure the best partnerships and ensure the best products will reach our international markets in a timely manner. Our Supply Chain team also works very closely with our teams in the North America, South America, and Europe to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow of products are delivered on time to our key customers.
